Bulding Manager | Certified Lay Servant
By the time he had applied for the Building Manager position, Tedd Brungard had been (and still is!) an active member of WUMC since 1991. Tedd’s full time job is with Ritz-Craft in Mifflinburg, where he is the Production & Systems Control Manager. His wife Camy, whom he married in march of 1993, serves as the coordinator of Happy Harbor Preschool at WUMC.
Tedd has held numerous leadership positions within the church, including nearly everything except Senior Pastor. When opportunity comes, he values mentoring youth and confirmation students, does pulpit supply for local pastors, and maintains his credentials as a Certified Lay Speaker. Tedd invested many hours helping to build the new 8th Street building. Having the experience of building this new campus has been very rewarding to him.
When he is not at work, Tedd enjoys spending quality time with his family. Two daughters, Cassy and Trish, keep him busy running to Field Hockey, Cross Country, Basketball, Track & Field, and Girl Scouts events. When they are not on the move as a family, the perfect night finds them gathered around the table playing cards or board games with each other, and quite often with extended family and friends. Tedd is always working on not being a sore loser on game nights!

TELL US MORE ABOUT WHY YOU LOVE Watsontown UMC…
I love WUMC because of its family oriented atmosphere. Folks are laid back and welcoming. If you get involved, you will find that there is lots to do for God.
HOW DO YOU VIEW YOUR LEADERSHIP ROLE IN THE CHURCH?
The unique view I have of my leadership role is that in everything I do, I try to reflect Jesus and love to those I am with. And doing the best that I can.
ANYTHING ELSE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT TEDD?
This March, Camy and I celebrated our 25th year as members of WUMC. I am officially out of WUMC committee positions, so I have recently been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for Kingdom Kids Inc. I look forward to staying active in the ministries of WUMC and to successful futures for both organizations.
